No. The Business Acceleration Model is built specifically for service area businesses: trades who travel to their customers across a defined coverage area. The strategy, the area pages, and the local SEO approach are all designed around that model. It is not suited to restaurants, retail shops, or businesses with a single fixed location.

Paul Nightingale manages all client work personally. BAM is not an agency with junior staff or outsourced delivery. The person who onboards you is the same person who builds your systems and runs your account month to month.

We look at your current Google presence before the call: your Google Business Profile, your website, and where you currently sit in the Map Pack for your main service and area. On the call, we tell you what the gaps are and what we would do about them. If it looks like a good fit on both sides, we send a proposal. If not, we say so.

We send you an onboarding form that takes around 20 minutes to complete. It covers your services, your coverage area, your credentials, and your Google and social media account access. After that, your ongoing involvement is a brief job update once a week, which takes under two minutes.

No. Anyone who guarantees specific rankings or a specific number of leads is not being straight with you. Local SEO depends on your trade, your area, your competition, and how consistently the content is built over time. What we can tell you is exactly what we will do, and what typically happens when we do it.

The setup phase is a one-time fee of £997, paid before work begins. The monthly deployment is £297 per month on a 12-month minimum.

Yes. The £997 setup fee covers the full website build, GBP optimisation, citation build, social media profile setup, email automation, and rank tracking. It is a one-time payment.

The monthly fee begins on the date your setup is completed and the systems go live. You are not charged the monthly fee during the build period.

12 months. After that, you can continue on the full deployment, drop to the maintenance tier at £47 per month, or leave. If you leave, you keep everything.

No. We take on one client per trade per coverage area. If we already have a plumber in your patch, we will tell you upfront.

You do. If you decide to leave after the 12-month term, you receive the full WordPress website files and every piece of content produced. Everything belongs to you.

Your website stays live. You receive the full WordPress files and all content. On the maintenance tier, we continue hosting and keeping it up to date. If you leave entirely, the files are handed over and you can host the site yourself or with any provider.

The minimum term is 12 months. After that, you can leave with 30 days’ notice. There are no exit fees and no penalties.
